Summary
Adds a lightweight claim dependency note for exposing the sources, datasets, definitions, prior claims, and assumptions that a claim depends on.
Why
Claims often fail through hidden dependencies. This note makes the weakest dependency, recheck trigger, and status impact explicit before future contributors build on a weak link.
Scope
Docs-only. No schemas, workflows, generated files, or problem packs changed.
Review focus
Please review whether this is narrow enough to avoid mapping every citation while still exposing load-bearing dependencies.
